CRR provides their own simple database program that allows you to primarily view, filter, sort their records and create letters or labels for their data only . This program is not analytical in design, requiring you to manually compute every financial variable.  

The CRR view-and-sort database product does not have the equity seeking power of Shark Bait, nor does it determine fair market value or debt-to-value ratios of foreclosure properties.
