Think of
Shark Bait as the engine. All you need to add is the gas - new foreclosure records as they are published in your local area. This may be done daily, weekly or monthly.
You may obtain foreclosure data from any local data service. Typically, these services track every "Notice of Default", or "Notice of Trustee's Sale" on a daily basis as recorded at your local County Recorders office.
You need to subscribe to one
of these services and request that they provide you the foreclosure data electronically, in either a dBase (.dbf), or comma delimited text (.csv) format. Shark Bait willthen import their data and automatically convert all of their field names, to match the target field names that Shark Bait uses.
You will typically pay $80 to $150 per month, to subscribe to a data service. This is a bargain, when you consider all of the information you will be delivered and now be able to evaluate with Shark Bait. Without it, you are sure to quickly fail at buying foreclosures. With it, you will be on your way to purchasing properties in foreclosure and making the significant profits customary in this industry. You need to pay a little, for the resources to play, and win!
