There's even fields to enter the amounts of any other loans, mechanics liens, tax liens, judgments, and any past due property taxes. Shark Bait automatically calculates the total amount of all "debts & liens" so you can quickly and accurately determine if there is still any equity left. 

Add the date of each loan and Shark Bait will instantly determine the "probable loan balance", while ranking the relative position of seniority for each loan to the subject loan in foreclosure.
