Foreclosure data is available from local foreclosure data services which compile current foreclosure notices from the local County Recorders Office and resell the data to foreclosure buyers for a small fee.  You can quickly enter the data into Shark Bait by hand, as you gather it, or easily import data directly into Shark Bait in seconds if you can obtain the data in an electronic format (either "Comma Delimited Text" or "dBase" formats will work). Shark Bait then begins the process of finding the deals which have significant equity in them, without the exhausting hours of leg work and research needed to track down, evaluate and qualify the hundreds of foreclosure opportunities. Shark Bait even converts the field names from your foreclosure data source to match Shark Bait's, placing each bit of data in the correct field.

If there isn't a foreclosure data service in your area that can provide data electronically, you can still enter the data by hand from a printed report (hard copy), or data you collect from the County Recorder's Office from your own research. With just a few critical data items, Shark Bait will qualify and determine the value of your foreclosure prospects. If you import a new record that is a duplicate Parcel Number of a record already within the database, Shark Bait automatically presents this screen, providing you an at-a-glance review of just those fields that are different.  In seconds, you can review the differences, decide to update the original and delete or keep the duplicate.
