The sales comps data
within the CD may be extracted in either a dbase or ASCII comma delimited format
and then imported into Shark Bait. Complete step-by-step instructions on how to
extract sales comps from the DataQuick CD and import the extracted data into

Los Angeles, CA
costs $195/mo on an annual subscription.
All other counties
are between $125/mo and $95/mos.
PROSPECTFINDER FARM
ProspectFinder Farm
allows you to pull sales comp data for areas that are not covered by the CD
product. This internet dbase has tiered monthly minimum volume discounts. For
example, with our lowest tier of $150/mos, this allows you to download 3000
records per month. The raw data file is formatted in a .CSV text file.
